These pots of deliciousness are best consumed within 3 days of receiving of them, however they can be frozen and will still taste just as good up to one month later - if you can make them last that long!

All products are made in a kitchen which handles gluten, dairy and nuts. I'm afraid I cannot guarantee there will be no cross-contamination.
